About that casino story in the Times today . . . Might it not be a good time to review this fella's book, and the accusations he's making? Given what the Times reporters unearthed about McCain's gambling deals, Gary Chafetz's narrative doesn't seem quite so far-fetched today as it did, oh, a few weeks ago. Given McCain's propensity for double-dealing, which has been made all but transparent in the past few days, the charges being made in The Perfect Villain would certainly not appear to be beyond the realm of incredulity at this point, now, would they?
