Can't say I've got much to add to the usual chatter today, other than to note that it's yet another reminder that we live in the Citizens United States of America now and whoever has the most money, wins, etc. On the other hand, considering how much the Walker campaign outspent their opponent, and that the Barrett campaign failed to receive much DNC support until it was rather late in the game, and zero support from a White House that doesn't seem to think that union-busting is a terribly urgent policy priority, it's a healthy sign that Barrett kept the result as close as he did. If Democrats knew how the game is played, they'd be all over the airwaves this morning, accusing the GOP of voter fraud. But Democrats don't really know how the game is played.
Election results notwithstanding, the Governor is still in trouble.
