President Barack Obama has signed a secret order authorizing U.S. support for rebels seeking to depose Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and his government, sources familiar with the matter said.

Obama's order, approved earlier this year and known as an intelligence "finding," broadly permits the CIA and other U.S. agencies to provide support that could help the rebels oust Assad.

I've got another idea: How about we sign an intelligence finding authorizing U.S. support for some fucking jobs in my city? I know this doesn't funnel any money into the hands of weapons manufacturers, but it might be a good idea to try alleviating a little human misery at home instead of spreading more misery on the taxpayer's dime across the Middle East. Jesus, when do they ever stop with this military shit.
