FYI, corn leaches huge quantities of nitrogen and phosphorus from soil, so to grow corn year-round, the chemicals need to be continually reintroduced into the ground---some of which is lost to irrigation runoff, which then seeps into creeks, then to streams, then to rivers, then finally to giant ocean dead zones where only invertebrates can thrive. As it turns out, jellyfish is quite nutritious, though apparently lacking much flavor. Lucky for us, there's a Website for that!
