That attempting to fix a broken system by outsourcing policy to the same people who broke the system in the first place was not the smartest idea our 11-dimensional Zen masters could have schemed up. The fact that they are still inventing policy on the fly, four years later, would tend to suggest that they know they've a major problem on their hands. Those midterms are gonna be a laff riot, no?
