One could have predicted---easily!---that the Goldberg Act, and its companion Website, would work poorly and inefficiently. That's because the policy foundation at the heart of the Goldberg Act originated with a bunch of people who believe that government inherently works poorly and inefficiently, and who intentionally craft legislation to confirm their ideological bias. There is an easy fix for this, and all it has ever required is the political will to eliminate the middlemen who drive up health-care costs for everyone while providing nothing of value in return. But if you're going to rely on policy that was drawn up by people who want to sabotage liberal government, then you shouldn't be surprised if your liberal government gets sabotaged. That was the point all along.
