Public-Private Partnerships

It's worth recalling that they were originally a concept that came out of conservative think tanks in the '70s. And as with most every conservative idea, it was a bad idea that overpromised and underdelivered. Or at least, for the publics. For the privates, hey, it's easy money, which is exactly the purpose of these grift schemes. So why is our liberal Democratic President promoting bad Republican ideas?
