And they're still farting around with the Goldberg Act.
Snark aside, one suspects that the small-business mandate will be delayed again a year from now, and that the President's successor will get to decide how to implement it in 2017---if it ever gets implemented at all. But even if they don't delay it again, the fact that they feel as though they still need to tinker with the health-care law, at this late stage in the game, would tend to suggest that they really didn't think this thing through very carefully when they were crafting the legislation. There has always been, and always will be, a much simpler, more cost-effective alternative.
