Don't Think It's Going to Help

Even if the President gave Ed Snowden immunity from prosecution---which ain't ever gonna happen, IMO---I can't see why he'd ever want to return to the States. That is, if he valued his own life. There are too many people in the intelligence community who want the guy dead, and they're not the types of people who are going to let some technicality like a presidential pardon get in the way of some richly deserved payback. So let's hope Ed's developed a taste for vodka and pirogis---he's got a lifetime of them to look forward to.
