Glass Half Full

Elaborating on the previous post, sure, there are plenty of people who have benefited from the Goldberg Act. I'm one of them! (Pro bloggers who come across this post, e-mail me and I'll provide all details.) On the other hand, the only reason why I'm one of the "winners" under O-care is because I've made less money every year for the last five years in a row, so I qualify for a generous subsidy. I'm grateful for it---as a man over 50 with two preexisting conditions---but all things being equal, I'd like to be working and making a lot more money again. Maybe someone would consider proposing a federal jobs program or a guaranteed annual income? We need them both!
