In-home health-caretakers have some of the toughest jobs and the lowest pay, and due to the nature of their work, they can't always just punch the clock at 5:00 and abandon their charges for the night. Sometimes they need to work overtime---sometimes, even around the clock---and they deserve to be paid for it. Taxes can be raised on rich people to pay for it. Otherwise, you're either screwing low-wage workers, or needlessly endangering the lives of the elderly, both of which are, frankly, evil.
